Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage

From £40
Pregnancy or antenatal massage has a wonderful range of benefits for prenatal women. As pregnancy progresses, it's common for women to experience more niggles. A massage helps to alleviate the general pregnancy aches and pains that can occur, such as back ache and gives a pregnant woman valuable time to relax and unwind before the baby arrives. Pregnancy massage encourages endorphin release, which helps to tackle any anxiety she may be feeling, which in turn helps to reduce stress. Reducing stress in an antenatal woman is important, as it is thought that stress can be passed onto babies in the womb. Happy mum, happy baby!

Back Massage

Back Massage

From £30
The majority of our clients come to us complaining about some kind of back discomfort, such as lower back pain, a stiff neck or aching shoulders. These common niggles often come about from bad posture and the day-to-day tasks of modern life. We offer a 45-minute, good old back massage, aimed at tackling the general aches and pains we all get in our backs. The back massage includes a variety of techniques, to iron out the muscle tension that is often responsible for causing the pain experienced in our backs. The pressure is measured to your preference, ranging from strong to more relaxing.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage

From £40
Add something different to your massage experience by trying a hot stone massage. This full body massage uses oil and smooth basalt stones. The stones are warmed to an ambient temperature and then placed on the skin to help tight muscles relax. A hot stone massage is the best thing for helping to relieve a stiff neck and shoulders or an aching back. The therapist will place the warm stones on your body allowing the heat to permeate deep into the muscles, the therapist will then use essential oils to work the stones into the knots for the ultimate relaxation.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage

This extremely effective, stress-relieving treatment is more than just a head massage - it involves massage to the scalp, neck, face, upper back, arms and hands. Massage oil is used to perform a variety of deeply relaxing techniques, to release tension and restore a sense of wellbeing, with the benefits being felt throughout both the body and mind.

When you have an Indian head massage, built-up tension in the head, neck and upper back are released, which can help those that suffer from headaches or migraines. During the massage, the mind is calmed, helping to reduce anxiety and insomnia and create a sense of tranquillity.

Swedish Massage

Reflexology

Reflexology

From £40
Reflexology involves massaging the feet and hands with the aim of creating a state of deep relaxation, bringing the body into balance and stimulating the body’s healing processes. Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the feet and hands correspond to organs, glands and other parts of the body and that by applying pressure and massaging specific areas the reflexologist can help identify any imbalances, work on those areas to release congestion and improve a client's health and wellbeing.
Sports Massage
