About the Business
I was working in a manual job and had had various injuries at work to do with my back and neck, meaning I had to take time off work, which I was very unhappy about. None of the treatments were working, and then one day I thought I would go for a massage, which is something I hadn't experienced before, and I must say I was a little daunted about. I went for a treatment, and in fact, It was very relaxing. After just one massage I started to feel better, not just with my back and neck, but in general. I went regularly once a week for the first couple of months and then consistently once a month, and have found that the pain has gone away. I felt lifted by the massage, but also happier, lighter and more energised. I had another injury at work and decided that engineering was no longer for me. I decided that I wanted to be a massage therapist, because of the positive experiences I had personally had. I trained in Holistic/Swedish massage and have been regularly massaging many people ever since.
