Run by director, Jack Chapman, a skilled Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, he uses cutting edge advanced massage techniques to reduce your pain and gain back movement quickly and effectively.
Our aim is to see a result in 1-6 sessions. Using a number of soft tissue techniques including trigger point, sports massage, heat and ice therapy, myofascial release, acupressure points, stretching and taping and strapping if needed.
We will create a session that is unique for you and your body getting you the result you want, this means that we may use a combination of the above techniques to create the outcome you desire - reduction of pain and gain back loss of movement helping with deep relaxation and sleep.
