She then worked for 10 years as a physiotherapist within the NHS, covering areas of speciality including chronic pain, spinal injury & orthopaedics.

His clients come from a wide variety of backgrounds including marathon runners, tennis players, footballers, airline pilots, armed forces personnel, professional gardeners, actors, dancers, and officeworkers. He is also able to provide pre and post event treatments for a wide variety of events such as marathons, cycling, hockey and rugby matches.

With many years of experience in the sports massage industry, Body Mobility provides individuals with a professional remedial/sports massage treatments, holistic massage or beauty treatment toindividuals and has a fully functional treatment clinic in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. The fully qualified therapists ensure clients have a professional individually based treatment designed around the individuals requirements.

I turned to complementary medicine after being diagnosed with tinnitus in 2000, after being told there was nothing more conventional medicine could offer. I found that the sessions I received not onlybenefited my tinnitus, but also helped bring about positive emotional changes, which was a welcome and surprising addition. Following this, it took me some years to decide to study to become a complementary therapy practitioner.

I have been interested in the muscles of the body ever since my father bought me a ‘Bullworker' when I was fourteen and since the age of eighteen I have always used gyms. Like most people I havehad various injuries over the years mainly through my sports and DIY, but also experienced the pain of very tight shoulders due to too much PC work.

Having achieved her qualifications from The Bristol School Of Holistic Therapy in 2009 and becoming a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), Melissa went on to study Hot Stones, WarmBamboo, Indian Head, On-site, Pregnancy, Holistic Facial Massage & Thai Foot.

Andover based Mark Terry qualified from the Oxford School of Sports Massage (OSSM) and holds a BTEC Level 5 Qualification in Sports & Remedial Massage. As a result of using specific advanced massagetechniques, my clients are able to improve physical performance and general health. Treatments can reduce chronic pain by correcting occupational postural issues and aid in the recovery of injury. Mark is a full member of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM).
