About the Business
I'm Alex and I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist from Transylvania. You are probably interested firstly in whether I am a vampire, and secondly what made me to choose these professions. Well I am definitely not a vampire and I wasn't always a Personal Trainer or Massage Therapist. I used to work in an office as a head Clerk and I wanted to become an economist. A bit of a change eh? Anyway, while I was working in the office I constantly had aching shoulders and back problems, despite being an active person. I've always tried to live a healthy and active life but I didn't know how to improve my general health, fitness and sense of wellbeing. I tried to find someone who could help me but it was so difficult to find a good professional.
It was then that I realised that there was a gap in the market waiting to be filled by a committed professional with a passion for the support of people in the same position as I was.
My clients' goals are my goals.
