As a massage and soft tissue therapist with 18 years experience I work very individually with each client.

I look at the whole picture including the physical issues, how that is impacting your overall physical and mental health, your lifestyle and your body's unique idiosyncrasies such as tension patterns, old injuries and "dysfunctions".

I draw on a wide range of techniques and approaches including pain science and education as appropriate, working with your body rather than against it and always respect your preferences and your comfort threshold.
