I initially trained as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. From there I progressed to sports massage. Because of my previous exercise training the effectiveness of my sports massage is magnified. This is due to my understanding of how the body functions. From an exercise perspective I can advise my clients on the correct exercise strategy to approach, whether it is in regards to injury, rehabilitation, muscular imbalance or health/fitness.
Sports massage is not just for sports people, it is for everyone of all ages and has many applications, including releasing tight/spasmed muscles, pain, muscular imbalances or recovery from training workouts.
My passion and interest is in helping people function better, both mentally and physically.
