The practice of meditation and mindfulness is a practical journey taken from Western and Eastern meditation disciplines to dispel scattered thinking processes and obtain a state of peace and a clear mind. Chris's knowledgeable and flexible approach he took with my back and neck issues helped a lot with pain and flexibility. He showed me some simple exercises that were similar to physiotherapy. These were gentler and easier to perform. Chris is genuine character, one of the good guys.

Sorted out my ankle after a five a side football match slip, then in a few days my back pain cleared up. Magic! My first port of call for any aches and pains.
