In that time I have trained clients from Fitness First-Timers to high performing Semi-Professional Footballers, in a number of different Sport & Fitness clubs. I have a passion for fitness and helping clients achieve their goals. Personal Training has been a great route for me to choose and I am enjoying training clients. Whilst working as a Personal Trainer for many years, it occured to me that whist I was helping clients achieve their fitness and weight goals, there was also a 'Total Fitness' aspect that I could also help my clients to achieve.
Since becoming a Sports Therapist, I use a combination of both professions to help my clients gain a better understanding of their bodies and it has accelerated their gains and achievements within their chosen activities.
