My professional routine loosens away tension in your muscles and joints, aids your circulation, helping to spread oxygen and nutrients around your body whilst simultaneously draining away toxins like lactic acid and urea. The massage also releases nature's own painkillers and mood lifters - endorphins!
I have daytime and evening appointments available from 10am to 9pm being the last slot time. I work weekdays and offer some weekend slots. There is gentle music and shower facilities available. There is plenty of free, easy parking.
