Leamington, WarwickshireI have been very impressed with the results of my recent treatment by Joanna Munro, after many months of pain from plantar fasciitis. She started with advice on simple exercises and a series of massages, initially focused on the affected foot but then extended to address the imbalance caused by the way I had compensated for the pain I had felt when walking. After the success of these sessions Jo worked on rebalancing my posture. This has been remarkable and the effects after only three sessions have surprised me. I feel more poised and more equally set upon my feet with my shoulders and chest open and relaxed. The process was difficult at times, as would be expected when dealing with years of body neglect, but Joanna allowed me to set the pace and was professional and attentive in explaining what was going to happen, acknowledging the impact on me and responding to any concerns I had. I truly feel my posture is the best it has ever been and my old aches and pains are gone.
