Adam Hill, Osteopath providing Osteopathy and Sports Massage in the heart of Stanwix, Carlisle, north of the river Eden. Osteopathy can be helpful in treating a wide range of conditions - low back pain, sciatica, arthritis, neck pain and sports injuries. Sports massage can be used to treat specific injuries, be part of a routine training schedule, and, when used regularly, can also improve flexibility and performance.
