The holistic approach aims to restore the balance within your body, relieves mental and physical fatigue enabling you to overcome stress and long-term emotional turmoil, even bereavement, taking into account your whole being, and not just your physical symptoms or ailments.
Massage therapy is an ancient form of healing that has been used for thousands of years. Holistic massage combines a therapeutic and nurturing process with each treatment adapted to the client's unique needs, physical characteristics and personality. My signature massage is a blend of eastern and western massage techniques brought together to deliver a comprehensive treatment that targets pain and stress prone areas of your body.
