About the Business

I run a sports massage service based between Coleraine and Ballymena. I work out of Crossfit causeway and Ballymena North Business centre, two well established sports facilities in County Antrim. I can use sports massage for a range of purposes, I can treat a variety of soft tissue sports injuries. Of course the injuries don't necessarily have to be sports derived. I can treat your aches pains and niggles no matter what your background, including coming to your home if that makes you more comfortable, or if your incapacitated and cant travel. I have a portable massage bed and equipment to make that possible.

I'm a keen athlete. I have completed multiple ironman triathlons and ultra marathons. I can offer advice and assistance to rehabilitate your injury with an understanding of your objectives. I'm not a qualified trainer, however I know plenty of them, and working together we can assess your body, your training and make recommendations to prevent injury and improve your performance.
