Body Guardians is a family run business who care about the industry and we strongly believe that the customer is the most important person as we believe the best advertising is word of mouth, so we are dedicated to making sure the customer is 100% happy with our service. Mark has lived and worked in Dagenham all his life, and knows the people. Qualified in 2002, and with over 15 years of experience, he certainly enjoys his work and is dedicated to people leaving in a fitter, healthier and happier state than when they arrive, whilst encouraging his customers to live a healthier style of life.
Mark discovered the benefits of sports massage which many athletes and non-athletes alike use to cope with soft tissue injuries whether stress related or not. Whether he incorporates deep tissue massage and other interventions, is entirely at your discretion. Body Guardians has complete suites in Peak Fitness Gym, Dagenham.
