Tui Na massage is an ancient form of Chinese therapy, practised in China for over 3000 years. It is also known as 'acupuncture without needles' as it uses techniques and manipulations to stimulate acupuncture points or other parts of the body surface to correct physiological imbalances of the body and achieve curative effects. This way, Tui Na practitioners treat many internal conditions, re-balancing and restoring our vital energy (Qi), improving blood circulation and lymphatic system, clearing stagnation and strengthening organ function. Deep pressure is applied to relieve physical conditions, mainly muscular-skeletal, nerve, joint problems and sports injuries.
