About the Business
At 16 I joined the British Army and enjoyed a full and interesting career for over 22 years serving with the Commando Brigade.
My experience of sport and rehabilitation partnered with my VTCT level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy has given me a healthy knowledge to be able to help treat many soft tissue complaints, the results of which have been fascinating and highly rewarding for me. I am passionate about the anatomy of the musculoskeletal system and continually seek to improve my skills and further my knowledge in the field of soft tissue therapy by regularly attending continued professional development training.
