About the Business
Delme has over fifteen years experience in the health and fitness industry as a Health Club Manager and Personal Trainer. His time as a Soft Tissue Therapist has allowed him to work with people of all fitness levels, from recreational to elite athletes. He has worked with the South African rugby team, Cardiff City Football Club and Cardiff Blues rugby team. He is currently working with the Ulster Rugby club a position he has held for eight years. Delme has recently been working with Sport Wales High Performance department providing soft tissue therapy to their Olympic and Para Olympic athletes.
