Massage and stretching techiniques have been developed over thousands of years, with influences from many different cultures, as a means for the promotion and restoration of health. They are beneficial to all systems within the body and are natural and effective ways to treat physical conditions and psychological problems.

The 'holistic' approach to massage treatment takes into account physical symptoms and psycological problems as well other issues such as the effect that the environment and nutrition/diet has on the body as a whole.

Millie & Monty Holistic Massage was set up by Michelle Southworth, a former sales professional who was addicted to holistic massage treatments to remedy aches, pains and stress and as a means of getting through the working week! Michelle qualified as a massage therapist with ITEC in 2007 and now performs a range of natural holistic massage therapies for clients throughout Kent either in the comfort of their own home or in her massage studio in Faversham.
