If you answered yes to one or more of these questions you WILL be suffering with knots in your muscles or ‘Trigger Points'. My name is Carly and I am a sports massage therapist in Taunton. I had no idea when, where or how the pains started. All I knew was that they stopped me running and doing circuits at the gym. Then Crossfit hit Taunton, I tried it once and I wanted in! But as much as my mind said yes. my body just kept saying NO!
I had to do something about it. I have delivered massage therapies for years now, but have only ever been asked to do theraputic massage, not deep tissue sports massage. I really started to notice changes and reduced pain after just a few treatments and after 2 months I consider myself fully fit. The simple answer is yes.
