About the Business
Level 4 sports massage therapist, and qualified personal trainer, with several years experience. I work part-time as a quay physio and the rest of my week you can find me at the bunker, Plymouth Albion RFC, personal training clients and treating my sports massage clients.
I am a 2nd-year undergraduate BSc Hons sports, fitness & coaching. I am also holistically trained in massage, so can offer relaxation massage as well as sports massage therapy.
