Dai Williams has over 7 years' experience has a Sports Massage Therapist and has worked with Sporting Athletes in a large number of different sporting disciplines. He also treats non-sporting injuries. He is a current member of the SMA (Sports Massage Association).
Dai spent over 37 years in the Army and worked as the Massage Therapist with the Army Senior Rugby Team for over 2 seasons. During his time with the team, he has had to deal with some common conditions, muscle strains, ligament sprains, overuse injuries, lower back pain, shoulder / neck pain and muscle imbalances.
