My goal is to make you leaner, healthier and happier by giving you knowledge, tools and motivation that you can immediately use to improve your body and your life. Being the best you can be means more than just looking good. It means unlocking your physical potential, nurturing your health through good nutrition & functional movement and making sense of your emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being. I left Scotland at the young age of 16 to join the armed forces and enjoyed over 5 years of travelling, learning new skills and improving my fitness.
As part of my service I was even sent (all expenses paid) to enjoy some SUN, SEA AND SAND. After Iraq things got a little quiet for us. Based in a little quiet city called Ripon in North Yorkshire I spent my days drinking coffee, maintaining our vehicles (I was a mechanic) and keeping myself fit.
