About the Business

Active Recovery Ltd comprises of the mother-daughter team of Tanya and Kirsty Milne who are both highly experienced, skilled and qualified professionals.

The Active company was formed in 1997 to provide a full sports massage service to sports clubs and athletes within the Charnwood area, Leicestershire, and to organisations whose personnel are exposed to heavy physical exertion during the course of their normal working routine, like the emergency services.

From 1997 to 2000 we provided a sports massage service for Loughborough University, their teams on site, and the general student population. During this period we travelled with teams on warm weather training camps and to athletics and swimming competitions held both at home and away.
