I am passionate about my work and dedicated to supporting my patients get the best out of life. 1. Help you overcome your immediate obstacles, whether these are acute injury or chronic pain and stress. 2. Help you develop an energetic, mobile and relaxed way of being and the way to keep it that way. I have practised body work since 2001 when I completed my Diploma of Shiatsu after studying for 3 years at the Bristol School of Shiatsu. I have subsequently also completed a year long Post Graduate Diploma in Shiatsu with the Shiatsu College.
In the summer of 2012 I received my BTEC Level 5 qualification in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy from the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage. I trained with The Massage Training School in Exmouth to the highest standard in the UK. I am a member of the Sport Therapist Organisation, Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage and Member of the Register of the Shiatsu Society.
