Hi, my name is Alison and welcome to my website. I hope that you find my site interesting and it gives you all the information you require. I have always been interested in the workings of the body and trying to help us all get the most out of it. Let's face it, we only live once and we must enjoy life to the full, be happy, and to help with this we learn to love our body and give it the respect it deserves. In my twenties I trained with the YMCA in London and qualified to teach Exercise to Music, Exercise in Pregnancy and Post Natal Exercise.

These are Sports Council recognised qualifications and are still one of the leaders in the industry today. After spending many years managing an Office, I enrolled on a local ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) course studying Holistic Massage and from this have now studied as a therapist in Massage in Pregnancy and Sports Massage. I am also an Instructor in both Baby Massage and the Massage in Schools Programme.
