He then worked as a manager at a specialist Fitness, Injury and Rehabilitation until setting up Body Fix in 2007. Based in a Chiropractic clinic during the early stages of Body-Fix he then moved on to his own treatment room and fitness suite in Riccall on the A19 between Selby and York. He now works with sports people and recreational exercisers alike in keeping them fit and active using a cross over of his fitness and therapy skills.
