At the age of 16 I started working in an office environment after studying business studies at college it just seemed to be the natural step to make. I spent many years in various departments from accounts to sales and eventually felt I needed a change of direction. I was introduced to Reiki in 1996 when I started attending a local Reiki share group with a friend and found that it helped me through some difficult times. I also loved the experience of receiving Reiki! I then decided to study Reiki I in 1997.

I now felt that I could re-train and change my career doing something I felt was more worthwhile and meaningful. I embarked on a journey! I have been working as a Massage and Holistic therapist for 15 years and am currently working from The Littlehampton Natural Health Centre, 10c Granville Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex. I have recently become a consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies and will be using these products in my treatments.
