About the Business

I'm Ellen, a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage (Soft Tissue Therapy) from Premier Training International, one of the most prestigious providers of fitness training in the UK. I have been practicing for a number of years and have treated clients with a range of needs from corporate professionals with postural dysfunctions, athletes who are training for competitions, injury rehabilitation and chronic headaches.

I have always been passionate about fitness and being active, with a background of a wide range of sports from Sailing, Rowing, Football and Athletics. I currently train at Reading Climbing Centre weekly on the indoor climbing walls. I also race dinghies regularly at my local sailing club. 2011 - Level 4 in in Sports Massage (Soft Tissue Therapy) from Premier Training International.
