Lei Rosa is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Holistic, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage Therapist. With a background in dance (teaching and performance) and applied psychology, maintaining a healthy body and mind are paramount to her. Lei's career has seen her work with a mixed clientele including, corporate clients, physically and learning disabled children and adults, private hospital patients, a football team and with various athletes, amateur to professional. Providing therapeutic and training services to a variety of clients has increased Lei's desire to, aid and support individuals journey to a healthier lifestyle; be it via holistic or sports massage, teaching dance or personal training (including diet and nutritional) services.

Lei's passion is to empower individuals, to make better lifestyle choices resulting in looking and feeling great, developing a beautiful body and mind, glowing skin and self confidence.
