About the Business

I first studied Massage as part of my martial arts training in 2000. My professional training started in 2003 with Thai Massage at TMC School Chiang Mai and has continued with other gifted practitioners and teachers of massage and physical therapy in the UK and overseas. I predominantly make use of the massage techniques used by Thai Medical Massage and Chinese Tui Na Practitioners as these are the most effective that I have found for both my own benefit and that of others. I also enjoy the Thai practice known as "sanuk" which translates as the wish to do things well, but not to take anything too seriously! I start by listening to your needs and then tailor each session to you as an individual. Following this, I give you my full attention throughout the session, so that I can work as deeply as possible to help get your desired outcome.
