GW Fitnessandrehab

Garry Wilkinson established GW Fitness & Rehab in 2010. An all round Athlete and one of the few to represent his County at all 3 disciplines on the Road, Fell and Cross Country.

In his day Garry ran the Ribble Valley 10K in a respectable 32:17, is a past winner of the Clitheroe 10M (52:32) and is a former Mid Lancs XC Champion. On the Fells he's finished 3rd in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks (3Hrs 07) 6th in the Ben Nevis Mountain race (1Hr 37) and was 1st European and 3rd overall in the Everest Marathon.

After qualifying as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist he set up GW Fitness & Rehab, treating Sports Injuries and offering Rehabilitation and Training Advice together with Maintenance and Prevention Sports Massage.
