Heal & Unwind Massage Therapy

This taught me so much about natural therapies and how great our bodies are at trying to repair and how touch and natural herbs can kick start the body's recovery. I then practiced for a few years until I decided to continue my development in Massage Therapy.

This opened a whole new dimension to how massage therapy can be used for recovery. I practiced in and around Banbury as a Mobile Massage Therapist coming across all sorts of injuries from week end warriors to retired athletes before teaming up with a physiotherapy team and assisted them with world class athletes in injury prevention and recovery during competition time.

After several years on the road I decided to come back to Banbury, and joined the Wellness + Vitality chiropractic team and I have worked alongside people from all walks of life developing the experience needed to work with a wide range of injuries.
