About the Business
I decided to study massage therapy as have experienced the benefits personally, helping me to manage an old knee injury.
I passed my VTCT Swedish massage therapy course in February 2011, Infinity Training Academy Hot Stone therapy in October 2011, VTCT Anatomy physiology and Pathology 2014, CPD Sports Massage Bridging Course and Advanced Massage in 2015. I'm currently working towards Level 4 Sports Massage.
As a keen sports woman, I enjoy training at my local gym and taking part in a range of sporting activities including horse riding, tennis, hockey, badminton, running, swimming and cycling. I regularly take part in running and triathlon events. These have included Derby sprint triathlon, Ashby 20 mile road race, Robin Hood Half Marathon and London Marathon in 2008.
