I first discovered the power of massage when I experienced shoulder tightness and pain as a result of martial arts training. After regular treatments from a sports and remedial massage therapists I felt a great reduction in tension and restored me to a full range of movement which allowed me to get back to 100% physical fitness. My love of training and a healthy lifestyle lead me to the sports and remedial massage course with the Scottish massage schools. And the rest they say is history! I now run my own successful clinic in Leith. I am the sports masseur for the Edinburgh rugby team as well as working with the Scotland rugby squad during international test matches and training camps. I also am the sports and remedial massage therapist at Morningside Chiropractic clinic.
