About the Business
I slowly built up from three Zumba classes a week to twelve classes across Wellingborough, Kettering and Rushden in 2011. In July 2010 I began a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage (accredited by the Sports Massage Association and Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage) at the Oxford School of Sports Massage.
This is something I have always wanted to do because of my own interests in dance and sport, and because I wanted to be able to help people like it helped me when I had a shoulder injury.
