About the Business

Hi, I'm Hayden, a fully qualified Sports & Remedial Therapist as well as a Pilates Instructor and Squash & Racketball Coach. I graduated from the London School of Sports Massage and am registered with both the Complementary & National Healthcare Council (CNHC) and Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM). My BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Sports & Remedial Therapy is the highest level attainable in the UK. I gained my Pilates REPs Level 3 Diploma from Future Fit Training and my squash coaching certificate through England Squash & Racketball.

I'm South African by birth, initially settling in Scotland for many years and building up a successful wee chemicals business, before moving south and retraining in Sports & Remedial Therapy and Pilates. When I get the chance, I also provide sports massage therapy at events such as The Virgin Active London Triathlon, Run To The Beat Half Marathon and the Fleet Half Marathon.
