About the Business
Emma has a great passion for sport and exercise, who over the years of playing sports (specifically football) has encountered both long and short term injuries, so is fully aware of the frustrations and impact they can have. With this she understands the importance of rehabilitation and the general maintenance of the body. Emma works with the client to reach their goals helping them back to full fitness, working on the body to relieve aches and pains and prepare the body for action.
Emma has worked with clients of all ages in a range of different sports. She is able to transfer her skills and knowledge gained from her degree in Sports Science (biomechanics) to provide a treatment to benefit the individual. Since graduating Emma has had her final piece of work published in 'The Journal of Biomechanics'. Emma continues to gain more and more experience each day.
