About the Business

I studied Biology at Oxford University and completed my Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage at the London School of Sports Massage in 2004. In 2008 I completed certification in KMI structrual integration, training with Tom Myers' Kinesis Myofasical Integration school, based on his Anatomy Trains. I have attended numerous conferences and courses, taking a specialist interest in fitness and injury treatment for tennis and running. I have also completed further studies on jaw and TMJ (temporomandibular joint) treatment. Applying the principles of KMI allows me to look beyond rehabilitation and towards improving performance by enhancing flexibility and efficiency of movement. I use a variety of techniques, depending on the issues to be addressed, including soft tissue release and myofascial release.
