About the Business

Sophie graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Therapy. She has completed work experience as a sports masseur over an extended period with Leeds Rhinos, a professional rugby league team working with professional athletes including international players. Sophie is a Level 2 Personal Trainer which aids her greatly in prescribing appropriate rehabilitation exercise, she is also qualified in Dry Needling and is a fully qualified First Aider.

In her spare time Sophie enjoys both recreational and competitive sports. She has been a competitive swimmer for many years and is a keen runner having competed in many national distance running events including Great Manchester Run. More recently Sophie has gained an interest in triathlon and hopes to progress this further within the coming year.
