I am a fully qualified and registered Holistic/Complementary Therapist. Qualified in Anatomy and Physiology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki Healing (3), Reflexology, Sports/Remedial Massage and Facial Massage. I have worked with professional sports people; such as Professional Football Clubs, Rugby Players and Professional Golfers. I've also worked with the elderly in light fitness classes and showing them how to improve their overall health, Research workshops with University's, Teaching Yoga and Facials to calm teenagers down and voluntary therapies for palliative care patients. As well as working with my own clients. I pride myself in my work and I bring all of my experiences together so to enhance my professionalism and work as a therapist. I also bring in new therapies that keep me up-to-date and fresh for working in the therapy business.
