Welcome to my website, my name is Beatriz and I am a fully qualified (ITEC) and insured sports and orthopaedic massage therapist. From sports injuries to everyday aches & pains, my goal is to work with you as an individual to plan an effective treatment. During a session with me I will combine different techniques and assess your needs in order to tailor a treatment especially for you, because each person is unique, so should be your treatment. My main focus is the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions that affect your health and wellbeing.
We will focus on improving your flexibility and pain free range of motion; easing any aches or pains you might be feeling and loosening off stress and tensions. Massage is a fantastic tool for helping maintain a healthy balance in body and mind. Today, more and more people are beginning to discover the wonder of massage as a therapy, and the magic of touch as part of our lives.
