About the Business

I qualified from the London School of Sports Massage back in 2003. I worked in a Physiotherapy clinic for 5 years, alongside other healthcare professionals, gaining valuable knowledge. More recently I have been working in a Sports Medicine clinic as well as a Chiropractic clinic.

My sporting background has mainly been football, playing to semi professional level in my youth. These days my focus is on running, mainly half marathons as well as the occasional full marathon too. I can fully understand the frustration of being injured, so I am fully committed to helping people, whether it's recovering from injury or just their general wellbeing.
