About the Business
Hi, my name is Alicia Bodnar. I am a mobile massage and holistic practitioner, and I am passionate about holistic health. After I've finished my college, I started working as a volunteer, providing Reflexology treatments for a severely disabled and extremely aggressive young man in a care home I was working in at the time. I soon found out how profoundly relaxing effect it had on him and how it changed the cycle of his destructive behaviour.
I soon started teaching other members of staff and they were keen to learn as treatment time was often the calmest time of the day for everyone involved. I have also worked in a voluntary capacity providing massage and holistic treatments for personnel and patients at Royal Sussex County Hospital as a member of Active Lightworks (registered charity). Massage is one of my lifelong passions. I feel so lucky to actually love my job!
