At FitKlub I offer a professional, personal, health and fitness service specifically tailored for your needs. Are you interested in Personal Training but not sure what it entails? Do you suffer from tight neck & shoulders and would benefit from Massage? Are you an Employer and want to get the most out of your employees by raising their Health and Fitness profile? Do you and a friend have similar training goals and would like to train together?
Before joining the Health and Fitness Industry, I enjoyed a career as a professional Ballet Dancer. I retrained as a Personal Trainer after starting a family. I qualified in 2005 and have not looked back since. Training a wide variety of clients and helping them achieve their goals is MY Goal! Empowering them to know how to help themselves and be motivated to carry on is my greatest reward! Exercise does not have to be blood sweat and tears. Losing weight does not have to be eating less and weighing ourselves 3 times a day!
