About the Business

I have spent approximately the last 10 years developing my skills as a therapist and my private practise in various ways. I have given a brief overview of how and what I do below.

Although on the surface, the therapies I offer may seem vastly different, to me they are not at all. They are all about people and those people looking after themselves and improving their wellbeing with my assistance, it is just the way we are doing it that varies. So, whatever your aim I'm sure we can find a way to work effectively together to achieve it.

I am passionate about what I do and confident that my continual efforts to improve my knowledge and effectiveness as a therapist can only have a postive impact on my abilities and my clients. However only you can decide if I'm the right therapist for you and arguably relationship is the most influential factor in this. For this reason I offer a free intial consultation of 30 minutes in either Eastbourne or Battle Healthy Living Clinic.
