About the Business

I originally became interested in sports massage 8 years ago when I began my nursing career; I began experiencing lower back and shoulder pains as a result of my driving each day to visit patients. Recommended to me by an Osteopath, I found that sports massage was the only type of massage I had received which helped me - not only was it relaxing, but it worked deep into the muscles and relieved pain and built-up tension. I decided to train as a qualified therapist and attended the Southern School of Massage Therapy - based in Burgess Hill, and in 2010 achieved a Diploma in sports massage therapy. I now practice full- time as a qualified sports massage therapist. I am very passionate about my work as a sports masseur and feel very fortunate to work in such a dynamic field alongside a host of other amazing and dedicated practitioners. When not practising I go running, swimming, cycling or windsurfing - my other passions in life.
