I offer a unique combination of advanced clinical massage and bodywork techniques to individuals who are seeking: relief from pain, improved mobility, injury prevention, faster rehabilitation following injury or surgery and for those who want to de-stress and take time out from their hectic lives. I also offer pregnancy massage both pre and post natal.
Hot & cold stone therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, MET, Soft Tissue Release & Stretching. Having such a varied toolbox of techniques at my disposal enables me to tailor each treatment to my indivdual client's needs.
