I am a friendly personal trainer and sports masseur currently working in the Derby and Derbyshire area. I currently offer a wide range of services based on my knowledge and expertise within the health and fitness industry. These include personalised one to one and group personal training sessions along side nutritional advice; tailored to your individual needs.
I regularly run a wide variety of exercise classes which enable you to burn calories and tone up in a fun and friendly environment. I also am a fully qualified sports massage therapist; which is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension.
