About the Business

Steve gained his Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Therapies at City College in Brighton in 2005, qualifying in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Swedish Body Massage and Indian Head Massage. He was awarded 'Student of the Year' by his college. Steve has furthered his knowledge by doing courses in Acupressure and Stress Therapy Massage and acheived a Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy in 2011. He has also worked with local groups including ME (CFS), Crohns and MIND.

Steve takes a holistic approach to his clients, treating not just the symptom but the cause. He has an empathic approach and provides a very professional service. He tailors the treatment to the client's needs and is trained in many different remedial massage forms including Myofascial Release, Lymph Drainage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Technique, Soft Tissue Release and Muscle Energy Techniques.

Steve is a fully insured Fellow of the International Council of Holistic Therapists and has up-to-date CRB accreditation.
